“ The chicken Caesar wraps are the best thing I've ever had. Also the service is remarkable. Spread the word. BEST PLACE EVER. ”
“ It was my first time at this location. They did not disappoint at all ! The Boss Burger was Juicy, fries were great. I loved the home made truffle parmesan fries. Best burger restaurant in Manhattan. Stuff was very friendly and I love all the western decorations. ”
“ 4 star burger with 3 star flavor; This is the only logical way for me to describe it. I like the place, I don't love it, but ... like... you know... the burgers meaty, the options are plentiful, the execution isn't terrible... I don't know why people don't season their burgers, especially if you e got this much meat... it's a nice thick and somehow airy packed burger... it's cooked to specifications almost every time, the ingredients just lack a flavor that makes you want and need more. 3.5 stars ”
“ Came here during work for a sitdown with some coworkers. Upstairs in the back can get a little tight, but there is additional seating downstairs. Ambiance feels more like a tavern. Burgers and wings were delicious and portions plentiful. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. Overall, the spot was nice for lunch. I've also been to the one in Astoria and the one in Bayside (which is permanently closed). My favorite was the one in Bayside. It had the feel of a decent diner. It didn't feel as old as the one in Astoria and it was roomier. It was also the only one that gave you pickles and cold slaw. Overall, Jackson Hole is a great spot for big, delicious burgers and a wide range of other delights. It's a must try. ”
“ I am a big fan of large burgers, but this one was honestly verging on too large for me! It was delicious (although maybe the meat could have been seasoned a bit more) and VERY filling, but I would recommend sharing a burger with someone if you dont have a gigantic appetite. Prices are reasonable given the sheer amount of food you are getting, and the interior space has a fun western vibe. It probably gets crowded at a certain point on weekends for quick bar eats, but we were able to get seats immediately and service was quick on an early saturday. ”
“ 02/16/2023: After an appointment went to grab some dinner with my sibling. She stated they had pretty good sangria, say no more let's go. Surprisingly for a Thursday evening was pretty quiet, but I guess we were early because about an hour later folks started coming In. Detoured from burger and tried the pasta with meat sauce. It was ok nothing spectacular. Felt it needed some more spice to make it pop. But I will note portion size is on the larger side. Ended up with leftovers. As for the Sangria.. delicious. Was worth dining. Friendly staff. Only negative is the credit card fee. Cmon people who really walks around with cash. Anyhow would return for the sangria and maybe try other options. ”
